Disabling QoS speed limit
QoS is a packet scheduler that ensures the Internet connection works properly when the network is overloaded. By default, the system reduces this speed by 20%, thereby reserving space for the link.
To remove this limitation, press WIN + R and run gpedit.msc to open the Local Group Policy Editor. On the left, go to Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Networking - QoS Packet Scheduler.
On the right, open the Limit reserved bandwidth option. Enable the setting and set the limit value to 0.
