How to completely disable all notifications in Chrome
When visiting various sites on the Internet, we often get messages inviting us to sign up for a mailing list. Sometimes this is done so aggressively that you don't even want to be on the site anymore. In the Chrome browser, we can completely disable notifications for sites. To do this, open the settings and in the left menu, click Privacy and Security. Next, click on the link Site Settings. In the Permissions section, click on Notifications. Select Deny sites to send notifications. To go directly to the Notifications section, you can go to the internal addresschrome://settings/content/notifications.
