wevideo.com is a web application for editing videos or presentations. You can use it to edit videos manually or select one of the templates provided by the service.
There is a library of clips, audio and pictures that you can add to your project. Uploaded video can be divided into scenes, add titles, captions and original video effects.
An automatic editor is available that adds one of the selected template themes that include transitions, music and scene breakdown.
The service is paid, but has a free rate with some restrictions.
