TorrServe is an Android app for downloading torrents as HTTP files, in case your ISP blocks torrents
The scheme consists of two parts:
⤷ Server - located in a country where torrents are not blocked, and broadcasting a torrent via http
⤷ Client - Android application in a blocked country, which connects to the server
