How to set up a scheduled recycle garbage can cleanup in Windows 10

How to set up a scheduled recycle garbage can cleanup in Windows 10

Using the built-in "Memory Control" feature, you can save disk space by setting Windows 10 to automatically delete files of a certain age that are in your recycle garbage can. You can enable a schedule to delete files in the Recycle Bin every day, every week, or once a month. To enable automatic recycle garbage can cleaning you need to: - Press "Win+I" (Options), select "System" → "Memory" → "Configure Memory Control or run it" - Activate the "Memory Control" function - Activate the option "Delete files that have been in the Recycle Bin for more than 30 days". If you change the "When little disk space remains" option to "Every month", the Recycle Bin will be emptied monthly, even if there is still plenty of space on the PC.
