Blocking any program from accessing the Internet in Windows

If for some reason you need to block a certain program access to the Internet, it is relatively easy to do this with the help of the system's built-in functions. Windows Firewall is one of the easiest ways to block a program's access to the Internet that does not require the installation of any third-party tools. The steps for blocking will be as follows:
Press "Win+R" and enter the command "firewall.cpl"
On the left, click "Advanced Settings" and then "Rules for Outgoing Connection"
On the right side, click "Create Rule", select "For Program", specify the path, check "Block Connection", then "Next", specify "Name" and click "Done"
